At Win A Classic, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal, accounting, fraud prevention or competition administration obligations that require us to keep certain information for a reasonable period.

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with your Win A Classic account, competition entries, email subscriptions or social login activity.


How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Please include the following information so we can identify your account or records:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used on your Win A Classic account;
  • your telephone number, if used on your account;
  • a short note confirming that you are requesting data deletion.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Where possible, we may delete or anonymise personal data including:

  • account profile information;
  • contact details;
  • email marketing subscription data;
  • non-essential website records;
  • social login connection data, where applicable;
  • general enquiry information.

Information We May Need to Keep

Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, website security, competition administration or regulatory reasons.

This may include:

  • competition entry records;
  • winner records;
  • payment and order records;
  • invoice or accounting records;
  • fraud prevention or security records;
  • records needed to deal with disputes, chargebacks or legal obligations.

Where we cannot delete certain records immediately, we may restrict, archive or anonymise them where appropriate.


Social Login and Meta/Facebook Data

If you used Facebook, Meta or another social login service to access Win A Classic, you can request deletion of any personal data we hold in connection with that login.

You can also remove Win A Classic access directly from your Facebook or Meta account settings.

How Long Does It Take?

We aim to respond to data deletion requests within one month of receiving enough information to identify you and process the request.

If a request is complex or we need more information, we may contact you before completing the request.


Deleting Your Account

If you want your Win A Classic account deleted, please contact us using the email address linked to your account.

Deleting an account may prevent access to past orders, entries, tickets, account history and competition records.


Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily delete your account or competition records.
