Win A Classic Free Entry – Postal Competitions

At Win A Classic, we believe everyone should have a fair chance to enter. That is why our competitions include a postal entry route where stated on the relevant competition page.

This page explains how to enter Win A Classic competitions by post, what information to include, and how postal entries are handled for both standard draws and instant-win competitions.

Postal Entry Rules and Conditions

To keep the process fair, all postal entries must follow these rules:

  • Postal entries are limited to one competition entry per postcard or letter.
  • The maximum number of entries allowed per entrant is listed on each competition page.
  • Your postal entry must arrive before the official closing date of the relevant competition.
  • Your postal entry details must match the details on your registered online account.
  • You can register a free account here: Create or access your account.
  • We do not accept hand-delivered postcards or bulk entries.
  • Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, late, automated or incorrectly submitted postal entries may be rejected.

You will not normally receive confirmation until the competition has closed and the entry list is complete. After that, we may send you an email with your name and ticket or entry number where applicable.

Postal Entry for Standard Prize Draws

For standard prize draws, valid postal entries are included in the same draw process as paid online entries.

When a valid postal entry is received before the closing date, we will manually allocate the entrant an entry or ticket number in the relevant competition. That entry will then be included in the final draw on the same basis as other valid entries.

Postal Entry for Instant-Win Competitions

Where an instant-win competition offers a postal entry route, valid postal entries are treated on the same basis as paid online entries.

To enter an instant-win competition by post, send a handwritten postcard or letter including your full name, postal address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, the name of the instant-win competition, and your answer to the skill-based question.

When a valid postal entry is received before the closing date, we will manually allocate the entrant an entry or ticket number in the same competition.

If the allocated entry or ticket number corresponds to an available instant-win prize number, the postal entrant will win that instant-win prize.

If the allocated entry or ticket number does not correspond to an instant-win prize number, the entry will still be included in the main draw where a main draw is available for that competition.

Postal entries for instant-win competitions must be received before the closing date. Postal entries received after the competition has closed cannot be accepted.

Equal Treatment of Postal and Paid Entries

Valid postal entries and valid paid online entries are treated fairly in the draw process.

Postal entrants do not take part in a separate draw. They are added into the same competition entry process as paid online entrants, provided the postal entry is valid and received before the closing date.

Why Use the Win A Classic Postal Entry Route?

  • Transparent and fair process
  • Same draw process as paid online entries
  • Clear step-by-step entry instructions
  • Postal entry route available where stated on the competition page
  • Supports a fair and compliant competition structure
