1. Legal Undertaking

Win a Classic runs skill-based Competitions and awards prizes according to these Win a Classic terms and conditions.
Therefore, every entrant must follow the rules to participate fairly.


2. Qualifying Persons

  • Firstly, by entering, you confirm that you have legal capacity, have read these terms, and agree to follow them.

  • In addition, Win a Classic does not allow unlawful entries. If unsure, leave the Website and check with your local authority.

  • Furthermore, English law governs every Competition, and the Courts of England hold exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Secondly, we take no responsibility after delivery, except for holiday prizes.

  • Moreover, we do not guarantee functionality or roadworthiness of prizes.

  • If the prize is a holiday, you must arrange passports, visas, and travel insurance.

  • Additionally, delivery is free to mainland UK. We may charge for changes or delivery outside the mainland.
